1. Orders & Payment

– Payment is required at the time of order placement
– Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
– We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and digital wallets
– Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified

2. Cancellations

– Unpaid orders may be cancelled at any time from your account
– Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
– Made-to-order items may only be cancelled within 12 hours — once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted
– Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns Policy

3. Returns & Refunds

– Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
– Custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty
– Return labels will be provided via email — please contact us at studio@artistictobi.art
– Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item
– Refunds take 3–5 working days to appear in your account

4. Shipping & Delivery

– Orders are shipped via Evri within 1–7 working days of purchase
– You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
– Delivery times are estimates and may vary — we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier

5. Product Details

– All items are handmade — slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and part of the design
– We make every effort to display colours accurately.
